John Hiltibran

Head Coach & Partner
As a certified fitness professional with a background in Kinesiology and specialized training in Precision Nutrition, I believe that growth begins where comfort ends. Inspired by the philosophy of the sojourner—one who is always moving forward—I help my clients embrace the mindset that fitness is not just a destination, but a lifelong journey of progress and self-discovery.
My coaching is rooted in the fundamentals of weightlifting, strength and conditioning, and performance training. As a former college basketball player, I bring an athlete’s mindset into every training session—focused, disciplined, and driven by purpose. That experience allows me to connect with athletes on a deeper level and push clients to tap into their full potential, whether they’re training for performance or personal growth.
Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to break through a plateau, my approach begins with mastering proper form and technique, then building from there with structured, individualized programming designed to move you toward your goals—one step at a time.

Marlee Untermeyer

Trainer & Community Impact Lead
Fitness didn’t just change my life-it completely rewired it. And now, I’m here to help you tap into your power. My sessions are designed to make you feel seen, challenged, and genuinely supported-because no matter your story, you belong here.
I wasn’t an athlete growing up. But that’s exactly why I believe it’s never too late to discover what your body’s capable of. Strength, control, agility-they’re not just for athletes. They’re for you. And when you start showing up with intention in the gym, it starts to shift everything outside of it too.
My mom always told me, “how you do anything is how you do everything,” and I live by that. We do hard things in here so life feels a little lighter out there.
As for my background- I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, I also hold a few TRX Certifications. But more than that, l’ve spent years learning how to read a room, hype you up when you need it, and dial in on form when it matters most. I’m always learning, always leveling up-because that’s what I ask of my clients too.
When I asked my community to describe what it’s like to train with me, they said: Encouraging. Welcoming.

Clear. Dedicated. Systematic. Meaningful.
(Still blushing. Forever grateful.)
