John Hiltibran

Head Coach & Partner
As a certified fitness professional with a background in Kinesiology and specialized training in Precision Nutrition, I believe that growth begins where comfort ends. Inspired by the philosophy of the sojourner—one who is always moving forward—I help my clients embrace the mindset that fitness is not just a destination, but a lifelong journey of progress and self-discovery.
My coaching is rooted in the fundamentals of weightlifting, strength and conditioning, and performance training. As a former college basketball player, I bring an athlete’s mindset into every training session—focused, disciplined, and driven by purpose. That experience allows me to connect with athletes on a deeper level and push clients to tap into their full potential, whether they’re training for performance or personal growth.
Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to break through a plateau, my approach begins with mastering proper form and technique, then building from there with structured, individualized programming designed to move you toward your goals—one step at a time.

Marlee Untermeyer

Trainer & Community Impact Lead
My coaching philosophy is built on one simple idea: the same training principles that keep you pain-free are the ones that make you strong, athletic, and confident in your body.
I’ve worked with clients across the entire spectrum—from professional football players training for speed, power, and injury prevention, to elderly women focused on balance, stability, and maintaining independence. While those goals may seem worlds apart, the foundation is often the same.
Most people fall somewhere in between those extremes, and that’s where my coaching comes in. Whether your goal is aesthetics, pain management, or athletic performance, I help you train in a way that supports your body instead of breaking it down.
The things that keep you safe are the same things that get you strong. When you learn to move well, protect your joints, and train with intention, the result is a body that not only looks better, but feels and performs better too.
You bring the goal. I’ll help you get there.
