Most workouts focus on burning calories or making muscles tired. Safe & Snatched takes a more intentional approach to strength training.
We train the muscles that help you hinge, stabilize, lift, and move with control. These same muscles contribute to posture, athletic performance, and everyday movement. Building strength in your posterior chain can also help some people manage low back pain.
The goal isn’t just to get through a workout. It’s to understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how to get stronger over time.
Build hip strength for lifting, running, jumping, and developing the physique you’re working toward.
Develop strength through the hip hinge to support powerful, controlled movement.
Build pulling strength and the muscular support that helps you maintain control during movement.
Learn to stabilize and mobilize your trunk so your core contributes to more than just ab exercises.
Safe & Snatched is for you if you want to:
You don’t have to be an athlete or an experienced lifter to benefit from learning how to move and train with intention.

Trainer & Community Impact Lead · @movewithmarls
I believe the same training principles that help athletes get stronger and perform better can help everyday people move with more confidence, build muscle, and stay capable in their bodies.
My approach is intentional, biomechanics-informed, and centered on the individual in front of me. I want you to leave class not only feeling stronger, but understanding more about your body and how to train it.
No. This class is open to all levels.
No. Glutes are a focus, but the class also trains hamstrings, upper back and core.
Appropriate strength training may help improve strength and function, but the class is not medical treatment or a guarantee of pain relief. The goal is to give you tips on common faults I see that can lead to injury.
No. Safe & Snatched is a monthly community class open to everyone, not just Stealth members.
