Youth Sports Performance
Ages 8 through high school. Stronger, faster, more confident kids, coached in small groups by the same team that trains NFL, NBA and MLB athletes.
Every athlete gets coached, not just supervised. We teach kids how to move well first, then build speed, strength and power on top of that, at a pace that fits their age and their season. Whether your child plays a sport or just wants to feel stronger and more confident, there is a group for them here.

Build the foundation: coordination, balance, speed, jumping and landing, and body-weight strength. Everything is taught step by step so kids move well before they lift heavy, and it is kept fun so they want to come back.
Sport-specific strength, speed and power for football, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball and more. Train with us during the week and add our Saturday speed and strength sessions, in season or off season. We plan around games and practices so athletes peak when it counts.
Not every kid is a sports kid, and that is great. Our small groups help kids feel stronger, more capable and more confident, at school and everywhere else. Coaches celebrate effort and progress, so kids learn that hard work pays off.
Every program is age-appropriate and built around the athlete, their sport and their season.
A typical youth session starts with a dynamic warm-up and movement skills, then moves into speed, jumping and landing, and strength work matched to each athlete. Groups stay small so a coach can watch every rep, correct form on the spot and keep each kid challenged. Older athletes progress to barbell and sled work once their technique is ready. Younger kids build the same skills with lighter tools and lots of games.
We would rather build kids up than wear them down. Smart progression and good recovery keep young athletes healthy, and every session should leave them feeling better and more confident than when they walked in.
Youth groups: Monday–Friday after school, mostly 3:30 and 4:30 PM, plus evening groups a few days a week.
High school speed & strength: weekday sessions plus additional Saturday sessions.
In season and off season: we adjust training load around games and practices.

Yes, when it is well designed and supervised. The American Academy of Pediatrics and the National Strength and Conditioning Association both say supervised strength training is safe and beneficial for kids and teens. Our coaches teach technique first and only add load as kids are ready.
We coach kids from age 8 through high school. What matters most is that your child can follow directions and stay focused for a session.
No. Many of our youth athletes play sports, but we also work with kids who simply want to get stronger, move better and feel more confident.
Yes. We work with athletes in season and out of season, adjusting the workload around games and practices.
