Basketball Training in Phoenix

Hoopers, ready to lock in? Let’s put in work: a quicker first step, more strength through contact and better control when you jump, land and change direction.

We coach high school, college and professional players through strength and performance training built around their experience, goals and season. Train one-on-one or in a semi-private session, with a coach guiding your technique and progression.

Want a coach without paying for one-on-one? See Semi-Private Training.

What We Work On

  • First step and speed. Acceleration, footwork and change of direction that carry over to the court.
  • Vertical and power. Jump training and explosive lifts to get off the floor quicker and more often.
  • Strength for contact. Finish through contact, hold your position and battle on the boards.
  • Durability and mobility. Mobility work for ankles, hips and shoulders, plus landing mechanics and strength in the joints that take a beating. We build resilient athletes who hold up from the first game to the last, not just the first few weeks.

Built Around Your Season

High school, club and AAU schedules leave little downtime. In the off-season, we focus on building strength, acceleration and jumping power. During the season, we adjust training volume around practices and games, with attention to recovery and maintaining the strength you have built. Your program follows your basketball schedule.

Trusted by Pros

Our coaches train some of the best players around, from pros in their off-season to college and high school players chasing the next level. Every player gets the same standard: smart programming, hands-on coaching and steady progress. Our basketball players train with Head Coach John Hiltibran, Nicholas Edmond and Torrey Hudspeth.
