What We Offer:

Small Group Training
(4–8 Clients)

Our Small Group Training is the perfect blend of community and coaching. With 4 to 8 participants per session, you’ll enjoy the energy of a group environment while still receiving personalized instruction.
Each session is designed to challenge all fitness levels, with expert coaching to ensure proper form, progress, and motivation. This format creates accountability, builds camaraderie, and delivers results—all in a high-energy, supportive setting.

Semi-Private Training
(2–4 Clients)

Semi-Private Training offers the personalization of one-on-one coaching with the flexibility and affordability of training alongside 1–2 friends. Each person follows a customized program based on their goals, injuries, and fitness level while sharing the session with others.
You get tailored attention, focused coaching, and consistent progress—without the full cost of private training. It’s your goals, your program, your pace—just with great company.

Personal Training
(1-on-1)

Our Personal Training is the highest level of customized fitness we offer. With one-on-one attention, every session is carefully crafted to your specific needs, goals, and limitations. From movement assessments to tailored programming and ongoing progress tracking, this is a fully individualized experience.
